First of all, respect for sticking with the project for years and getting it to a public beta with such a small team. That’s not easy. I think the overall mission is interesting and different from most career-related platforms. The idea of combining professional growth, learning, mentorship, and finding meaningful work under one roof is something I don’t see very often.
My main feedback is that it took me a little while to fully understand what Prohood actually does. The vision is explained in detail, but as a new visitor I was still trying to connect the mission with the specific product features and user experience. The video helped, but I think making the practical benefits even more obvious on the landing page could help visitors quickly understand why they should join Prohood instead of using existing platforms.
Overall, it looks like a genuine project with a clear purpose behind it rather than something built just to chase a trend. I think getting real users into the beta and collecting feedback will probably be the most valuable thing for you at this stage.
